Mr. Allaire has over 30 years’ experience in energy project development, acquisition and asset management covering 50+ countries, 80+ transaction closings with an asset value of over $12 billion (USD) as managing partner, senior management, founder/owner and board and advisory capacities with joint venture partners including governments, sovereign funding institutions, private equity, private investors and global strategic infrastructure companies. His responsibilities included project origination, development/acquisition and execution of a portfolio of assets in the US, Europe and South America focusing on utility scale, community solar, water systems, data centers and technology parks and Zero Emission Smart Energy Cities combining micro-grids, grid modernization, solar, battery storage, green transport solutions, low E-central cooling, and hard and soft smart building solutions in one location. Mr. Allaire’s prior experience include CEO of a MENA based joint venture Energy Development Company focused on African Renewable and Natural Gas fired power generation; Owner and Partner of a 11-year global "well head-to-burner tip" power development company with British Gas plc. and Founder, Principal and Managing Partner for a $750 million MENA Energy Infrastructure Acquisition Fund based in Dubai. Mr Allaire began his career as an International Petroleum Geologist with Union Texas Petroleum (USA) and the French oil company, TOTALEnergies. Mr. Allaire holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Geology from the State University of New York, and MBA from the University of Houston.

Mr. Bakofsky is a seasoned CFO/CIO with 25+ years of leadership across Fortune 500, mid-cap, and venture-backed companies. He has deep expertise in financial strategy, operations, and investment, with a track record of raising capital, negotiating strategic alliances, and driving global growth in technology, SaaS, media, and telecom sectors. Eli has led billion-dollar budgets, delivered $75M+ in annual savings at AT&T, and pioneered industry-first initiatives including cellular fraud detection and dark fiber build-outs. He currently serves as CFO and Board Member of JEB Development Group and has previously held senior roles at AT&T, ESPN, and BinaryTree .

Andrew McBride is the founder and managing partner of Covitus Capital, where he has led the firm’s growth since its launch in 2023. With over nine years of finance experience, he has advised on nearly $1.5 billion in M&A and restructuring transactions across energy and infrastructure, transportation, real estate, construction, and manufacturing. His background includes senior roles at Young America Capital and leadership as Interim President and CRO for a venture-backed manufacturer. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked on large-scale energy development projects with Energy Management Inc. and as a licensed subsea and marine engineer with Transocean and Seadrill. He holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University, a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserves.

James Neubauer is a systems and program management leader with over 40 years of experience in defense, communications, and systems engineering. A retired Marine Corps Colonel and former GS-15 Program Manager, he has overseen multi-billion-dollar C4ISR and SATCOM programs, including JTRS radios, WIN-T, and CPCE. James has led high-performance teams, fielded mission-critical technologies in Iraq and Afghanistan, and advised Army and Joint leadership on acquisition and interoperability strategies. He holds advanced degrees in engineering and finance, and his awards include the Bronze Star and Meritorious Service Medal.

Jesse Stephens is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with eight years of service and a decade of experience in technology sales. He is the founder and president of Hawk Guard LLC, an SDVOSB-certified firm specializing in government contracting, logistics, and infrastructure development. Jesse has also led initiatives in film production and creative media, combining operational expertise with storytelling. A graduate of the University of New Orleans, he brings a disciplined, entrepreneurial approach to ventures spanning defense, technology, and the arts.

Jim Wong brings over 40 years of experience as a turnaround and process consultant, helping teams to reimagine and reengineer systems and processes to capture opportunities in burgeoning global markets, and in strengthening JV collaboration and cross-cultural teams. Fortune 500 cross-industry clients have included American Express, ARCO Chemical, BAE U.S. Combat Systems, GM, Kodak, and PepsiCo. He has served on the boards of public companies, founded and managed businesses globally, and supported veteran entrepreneurship through board roles with NVTSI, Main Street Launch, and the California Veterans Chamber of Commerce. Jim previously held senior roles at GM and PepsiCo, launched a Pizza Hut franchise in Brazil, and partnered on the development of a 60MW colocation data center. A graduate of MIT and recipient of the Presidential Meritorious Service Medal as a Marine Corps comptroller, he continues to advise on sustainable housing, critical infrastructure protection, vertical farming, and smart city innovation.
